Doing Good Index
Overview
Mapping the environment for private social investment and philanthropy across 17 Asian economies.
The Centre for Asian Philanthropy and Society (CAPS) publishes the biennial Doing Good Index, a landmark study of the policies and practices that shape philanthropy, impact investing, and other forms of “doing good” across Asia.
The Index identifies the factors that enable or impede the flow of private social capital to address social needs. It provides a blueprint of policies and practices to unlock this capital and shows how the public, private, and social sectors can work together to build a stronger and more equitable Asia.
