Ethel Ng

Director of Operations

Ethel Ng is Director of Operations at the Centre for Asian Philanthropy and Society (CAPS), where she oversees financial, legal and talent management in addition to philanthropic and research partnerships alongside the CEO and Executive Director, 

Ethel has over 15 years of experience as a management and operations professional with expertise in strategic planning, business development, capital markets, private equity and structured finance investments.  

She began her career as an equity research analyst and later moved on to Hong Kong single-family offices, where she was responsible for business operations, investment portfolios and charity project management. She subsequently transitioned into the world of philanthropy and social impact. 

She holds a BSc degree in Economics & Geography from the London School of Economics and is certified in CFA ESG Investing.
