Ms. Dongmei Kong is the Founder and Chairperson of the Dongrun Foundation. She also serves as Vice President of the China Charity Alliance and Honorary Vice President of the China Charity Federation.
With over a decade of leadership in philanthropy, Ms. Kong has been instrumental in driving large-scale, high-impact initiatives across China. The Dongrun Foundation, which she founded, has expanded its rural education initiatives to over 300 counties in China, benefiting millions of young people through its innovative, incentive-based support for children and youth education.
In recognition of its exceptional contributions to the sector, the foundation has twice received China’s highest government award in philanthropy, the “China Charity Award,” and Ms. Kong herself was honored as a “China Charity Model” at the 12th China Charity Awards.
