In her previous positions, she worked on high-level track-II exchanges and policy-workshopping for American and Asian stakeholders, including the management of a briefing series in the U.S. House of Representatives and Senate.

She writes widely on Asia’s development. Her recent work has been featured in the Financial Times and in a book published by Oxford University Press.
Nico holds an MPhil in international relations from the University of Oxford and received a Yenching Scholarship from Peking University in 2025.
