Sandy Fok

Event Project Manager

Sandy Fok is the Event Project Manager at the Centre for Asian Philanthropy and Society (CAPS), where she is responsible for all internal and external event management, leading event operations, communications and partnerships.  

Sandy has over eight years of experience in event creation and project management. 

Sandy began her career in the public sector, managing high-profile arts and cultural programs, including international art festivals and trade fairs, at the Leisure and Cultural Services Department and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council. She collaborated with performing arts ensembles, cultural organizations and film industry leaders to deliver events that enhanced arts appreciation, cultural engagement and trade promotion, leveraging strategic planning and stakeholder collaboration to achieve successful outcomes.  

Sandy holds a BA in culture and heritage management from the City University of Hong Kong.
