有機構研究獎學金影響力 發現1份獎學金可助26人

The scholarship helps low-income students enter higher education, but the actual utility and impact have not been studied. A study last year by the Asian Centre for the Study of Philanthropy (CAPS) on the impact of university scholarships found that a scholarship could improve the lives of an average of 26 people. The center pointed out that the scholarship can not only help the student obtain better employment opportunities and improve the interpersonal network, but also benefit his family. In addition, because the beneficiaries usually help others and give back to the society, the actual beneficiaries can reach 26 people.

Research has found that scholarships can help students build self-confidence and promote personal growth. A Chinese scholarship recipient said, “As a student from a rural area, I have always felt inferior. Being a scholarship recipient has increased my self-confidence and I know myself It can also shine brightly.”
